Refund and Replacement Policy

We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle refunds and replacements.

Damaged Products

If your item(s) were damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace them if you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@shinkahbeauty.com with your order details. Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST).
  2. Provide Proof: You may be asked to send pictures of the damaged item(s) for verification.
  3. Return Request: We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item(s). If requested, you will need to return the item(s) at your expense.

Replacement Conditions:

  • Replacements will be made with the same item originally purchased.
  • If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive store credit for the amount of the damaged item.

We will confirm receipt of your email within 1 business day and keep you updated on the status of your replacement.

Reasons We Might Decline a Return Request:

  • Request Made After 7 Days: If the request is made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Insufficient Proof: If the provided proof (e.g., photos of damage) is not sufficient to verify the claim.
  • Misuse or Abuse: If the damage is determined to have been caused by misuse, abuse, or other factors not related to shipping.
  • Unauthorized Returns: If the item is returned without prior authorization or not in accordance with our return instructions.

We reserve the right to decline return requests for these or other reasons to ensure fairness and consistency in our policy.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our commitment to the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons.

  • Hygienic Reasons: All sales of products are final once delivered in good condition.
  • Spa Services: There are no refunds permitted for any spa services rendered.
